Sheraden woman charged with animal cruelty – A Sheraden woman yesterday was charged with torturing two dogs, one of which died.
Nancy Manuel, 45, of Stafford Street, was arrested by Christine Luffy, the city’s Zone 3 crime prevention officer, and charged with two misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty.
