By Adam Brandolph – Sewickley Herald Staff Writer – Dogs can get slippers, the newspaper and fleas, but only a Sewickley-area dog can help raise money for an independent preparatory high school in Pittsburgh.
The Child Health Association of Sewickley (CHAOS) is conducting a new fundraiser and promotion for its annual black-tie event in November by producing a poster featuring — who else? — the dogs of the Sewickley Valley.
At $25 for each puppy picture, CHAOS hopes to raise at least $2,000. Cost is $15 for additional dogs from the same owner.
The 25-inch by 39-inch poster will feature 100 pooches from owners who reside in the Quaker Valley School District. Read More »
